Recruitment and Placement

 

The primary goal of recruitment and placement at Beyaz İnci Oral and Dental Health Center is to attract and advance candidates who fit the company culture and its shared values, meet the requirements of the position, and will carry the institution into the future.

At our clinic, the preliminary interview assesses the candidate’s suitability for the corporate culture and whether they possess the appropriate competencies for the position. Candidates who pass this initial interview, conducted by the Human Resources department, proceed to a second interview with the relevant department manager. If necessary, further interviews may be conducted with other managers related to the role.

For candidates who successfully pass the interviews, HR officials will conduct a reference check based on their resume. Following the interviews, the HR manager and the respective department manager select the right candidate based on criteria such as skills, experience, and education. A job offer is then extended to the selected candidate, detailing the salary, working conditions, and social benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

 

The focus of wage management at our institution is to establish a long-term employee profile by differentiating performance through satisfactory and competitive compensation policies. These policies are based on job evaluation results, internal salary equity, market wage research, and the prevailing economic conditions.
